What is best than a surprise? A change of plans !!! Remembering the last cooperation with On Prakash where the dance floor was 10cm in the air, I was ready for a crazy full-on session.

After 50 minutes on the dance, more than half of the participants were lying on the floor; then i realized that this session was asking for something else.

We float into a heartful, profound space where healing through soft movement was the case. Deep gratitude for life-giving this lesson flow with what is not what is in the mind.
