This french duo located in the Alp mountains are not at their first attempt. Two years ago when the new wave of "Nu-Disco" arrived, they had released their famous song called "Sunset Romance" with around 40,000 views.
Half of the duo is none other than "Chicago 87" (producer of french house music).

These unexpected dudes are making an incredible come back. For Miraje third collaboration, FrenchFilter brings you fresh air. 
A sweet sound unites the two tracks like a true short story. "Femme Fatale" is focused on the intensity and vibration of italo-disco synthesizers, while "One Night Affair" introduces sensuality and emotion with some deep-night seduction vibes.

FrenchFilter - Femme Fatale

LA producer LUXXURY (Blake Robin)’s “Alright EP” deconstructs the title track of his latest album. Arriving at a moment of transition, the song - performed, sung and fully mixed by Robin - is a minimal synthpop ode to optimism, with the message: “everything is gonna be alright.” In the classic tradition of Jamaican versioning, the tracks are not remixes but rather deconstructions and reductions of the original. For example, “Alright (Dub)” removes the synths from the original; while “Alright (Ambient)” isolates *only* the synths; and in classic 12” single form, “Alright (Drumcapella)” allows the listener to hear just the beat under the isolated vocal; while “Alright (Instrumental) trips away the vocals allowing the deep bass and shimmering synths to shine.

As LUXXURY puts it: “As a collector of multitrack stems, I enjoy hearing the soloed instruments and wanted to experiment with releasing my own material that way. These elements can certainly be used as DJ and remixer tools, but they also stand alone for a listener to enjoy and hear the song in a completely new way. And I love how, unlike remixes, nothing new has been added to the song, only taken away: these are all simply reductions of the original version.” The song itself a reworking of LUXXURY’s song  ‘..At Any Moment' (playlisted by Purple Disco Machine) - so these versions are versions of a version. You heard me.

For their first ever double-LP outing Razor-N-Tape presents POOLS, with a sun-drenched and laid-back collection of tunes called Innertubes. POOLS, the moniker of Los Angeles duo Thee Mike B and DJ Morsecode, craft a sound that conjures up the easy going swagger and soulful grit of the left-most coast. The original versions read like an album, perfect for a lazy Sunday rooftop BBQ with beers, bros and blunts, (although no doubt some of these gems will find their way into DJs' warm-up and boom-bap sets).
