Sasse’s now 20 year strong Moodmusic is proud to present the first in a brand new mix compilation series from one of its close friends, Ed Ed. Featuring an exclusive selection of 16 tracks, the Berlin based German has overseen every stage of the Eclectic 01 project and as such it is a very personal one that has been carefully nurtured from start to finish.
Ed Ed is Edmond Weinfeld, a producer and DJ of 20 years who has released his moody house wares on labels like DFTD and Noir as well, of course, as on Moodmusic, where he has released originals and remixes to great acclaim. This project has been his own little baby as he has unearthed and signed all the tracks himself. Inspired by his own cultured DJ sets, the mix plays out like a series of stories for the dance floor and finds him pulling together refreshing new tracks from exciting names in both Berlin and further afield around Europe.
Mixing up both newcomers with more established name like Kiki and David Keno, the sounds range from long and haunting tracks full of atmosphere via glistening electronica and deep, heady techno. Perfect for those late night sessions and playing out like a full night in a club, Eclectic 01 is full of surprises and promises to be a much loved series for fans of many forms of underground club music.

Breaking through and starting to make waves are the dynamic duo Slow Hearts, their electric productions have been coming thick and fast, bold and melodic, and tantalisingly more-ish. Supported by an enviable roster of DJ’s and artists, their tracks are causing nothing less than serious menace across the dance-floors of the world and beyond, and we’re sure you’ll enjoy it too. 
Giving in to what the fans want, Slow Hearts get their debut EP for Crossfrontier Audio, and we’ve certainly got some treats in store for you. Two fast-paced original works see the light of day in Kadur and Caverlon, but the tracks certainly do most of the damage when used at night! We also get a heavy remix from the raising stars Danito & Athina, all via the hotly tipped Kadur EP.  
With the Kadur EP, Slow Hearts get blood pumping fast. When you’re wanting a rhythmic and upbeat ride, Kadur holds the floor in suspense like few others and plays through nearly 10 minutes of deep vibrations, while Caverlon’s synths trickle in tandem with the tempo, enticing us with a sturdy rise to euphoria, all the while flowing in a rigorous dissonance.  
Continuing to smash it, following on from the epic remix of Pankow and their Slwhrts track on 4 Years of Crossfrontier Audio, it was only right for Slow Hearts to give us more of their four-to-the-floor influence with this debut EP, and having released some killer tracks on reputable labels like Suruba and Motek, it’s high time we got it going.
On the agenda of proving points and making waves, Danito & Athina, another pragmatic duo have dealt the final blows with their remix of Kadur. For the CFA fans who can’t stop playing their well received Fire EP, Danito & Athina turn Kadur into a monolithic, yet punchy number, that imbues the big sounds we love and want to dance the night away to.

Play Pause is another "son" of the magic produced between Kintar and Brigado Crew. They bring inspiration and fresh air to the techno scene. Atmospheric, groovy and frenetic, this track is dope for peak times. 
Dj Diass strikes again with his "housy" style with a massive acid remix. Orientated to the Tech house side, perfect to build up any session. This is why Diass is another producer to have on the spotlight.
And last but not least, Paul Ursin debuts on Sudam with another wicked remix. This Sicilian rising star made, comes more techno, with a huge bass line with another "must have" on your playlist.

He is back on WOOD with “Mountains” an EP with two accurately selected original tracks and two original remixes. The Ep starts with “Mountains” a powerful hypnotic grooving expedition into the natural processes of the deep human mind. Truly characterised by the ebb and the flow and the climb and the drop, Mountains is the main theme which gives the name to the whole EP. The second track “Cross my heart and hope to die” is a grooving emotional return to the pure young times, a nostalgic trip which will make your sensations evolve. The first remix on board is brought by one of our favourite artists present now in the electronic scene, Solemn eye delivers a perfect mystic powerful remix of “Mountains”. The surprise will be in the middle. The second remix to take part in the release is made by our friends in law EKDK & Apollo’s Messengers who delivered us a perfect 80s shuffling techno remix.
