It is my pleasure to present Vanta for this Forsvarlig Podcast. Vanta is a German artist and producer and is one of the founders of the PVC collective. PVC organizes raves in clubs and forests around Leipzig. In recent years, Vanta has focused more on his music production and has since released records on labels such as Crescent London, Further Sessions, and Charybdis.

REPORT 001: Plague 94

something strange [Live]

Golestan is a party I run for 5 years now and my beloved Cafe De Plak in Nijmegen. The basement of De Plak is a magical place which attracts all the beautiful creatures at the night.

In the last 5 years we had amazing artists coming and playing mostly for fun. Guests like Vladimir Ivkovic, Damn Swindle, Daniel Wang, Tolouse Low Trax, Alex From Tokyo, Fabrizio Mammarella, KC The Funhaholic & Mr. Wix, Franz Scala, Thomas Hammann. Which all fit in the philosphy of Golestan. A free space of joy and happiness.

This is the first time I am recording my set at Golestan. I want to give you an impression of the night. The recording was during the Zomerfeesten in Nijmegen, which is actually a big thing. I played all night long by myself there and I think it somehow catches the spirit of a Golestan night.
