Counterchange continues with a full EP from long-running duo @tapefeed

The Fabric residents and Inveterate label creators present vital new work, in their own words, “exploring the transformative power of instability… in sound… and personal growth.’’

The five-track EP channels multi-faceted club techno embracing a trippy, life-of-its-own energy: intuitive, lively arrangements are paired with textural and precise production. Each piece shifts the perspective, from high energy to more hypnotic structures, always allowing the DJ space to work amongst the grooves. The result is a contrast-full collection of tracks capturing subtle telepathic messaging and cunning ‘Phantom Signals’.

Far from viewing instability as mere chaos to be avoided, Tapefeed embrace it as a powerful catalyst for creativity and sonic evolution. The EP is a real milestone for the duo, having spent the last decade honing their sound palette of cutting edge techno-electronics.

[PREMIERE] | Vertical Spectrum - Opuncja śniada [ARYA003D]

LARAÑA is an emerging DJ born in Chile and now based in Malmö, Sweden.
Founder of TELA Kollektiv, with a vision to uplift the sounds of hypnotic, deep, and raw techno.
Influenced by his passion for metal music, he found his path in these techno subgenres to create immersive mental landscapes in his sets. Textures, melancholic sounds, and robust basslines are the signature elements of his work. 
He has performed at NGBG festival in Malmö, Sweden since 2023 and organized showcases with the collective, in addition to appearing on podcasts in Hanoi (NCTRNL), Barcelona (Nuclear Section), Manchester (Reykor mix series), Malmö (Malmö Techno Tales) and Mexico (Ataraxia Collective).

LARAÑA —  диджей, родом из Чили, а сейчас проживающий в Мальмё, Швеция. Он является основателем TELA Kollektiv, с целью продвигать звуки гипнотического, глубокого и сырого техно. Вдохновленный своей страстью к металл-музыке, он нашел свой путь в этих поджанрах техно, чтобы создавать захватывающие ментальные ландшафты в своих сетах. Текстуры, меланхоличные звуки и мощные басовые линии — это элементы его творчества.
