Telepathy is a straight intense 909 roller culminating in an intelligent lead reminiscent from the 90's era. The gritty Digital Bonus Canning Town completes originals. 

The release is backed by stand out remixes from label cohorts and pioneers of the genre, Works Unit (Cleric & Reflec) and Temudo, who expertly take apart and remake the tracks with maximum effect. Perfect material for when the mind is traveling in unveiled territories!

Time for another mini compilation in our catalog, always the same procedure, three new artists and three from our family, numbers 01, 03 and 05 are the new additions to our roster and numbers 02, 04 and 06 the family ones.

This being said, the first cut is by French legend @ArnaudLeTexier, providing Shelter, a relentless continuous driller in the best Birmingham tradition, no mercy here, direct weapon for the dancefloor.

Groof (@roberto-gemelin-353716488), the Spanish techno originator puts his machinery to work on Motorn, straight rhythms, carefully crafted sound design, all into a super clever arrangement administered at a human BPM rate, something rare to see these days.

@Cararamusic keeps the pace with CFBDSIR 2149-0403 again a straightforward groove, percussive and intense, with a superb metallic synth line keeping things busy.

On Galactic Tech, @Alavux dives into sci-fi realm but with a lofi approach on textures and sounds, no pads here, just adrenaline.

Label owner @G02 put his focus on the nineties tradition with Switch On, a classic track full of soul and old school vibes.

Last but not least, @Amby_Iguous, put the cherry on the pie with Movements, a superb vocal sample workout with Reese style bassline, absolute magic for the best sound systems out there.

It’s extremely gratifying for us to see that we’re about to slate our 20th release on the label.

Born from a necessity for us to showcase the fantastic talent that has graced the booth at our parties, friends of the label, and incredible online acquaintances that we’ve made from the traction gained from our releases, G.O.R.D.A (Greatest Originals & Remixes Dropped Æver)
aims to pinpoint some of the essential tracks that define our labels first 10 releases, our ethos and sound.

This compilation materialises itself from our artists capability to craft well-defined, sophisticated Techno, equal parts heavy-hitting and elegant, some drenched in nebulised atmosphere, some gritty, broken, and carefully etched into walls of static noise.

It’s been a tough task for us to gather just 10 tracks from a slew of stellar EPs and VAs that have made us infinitely proud of the talent we are surrounded by. We are overwhelmed by all the great music we’ve been able to release and thank all the artists for their music, and all the supporters for keeping our music in circulation, and our projects ever growing.

If you’re new to Gordo Trax, we hope this can be a taster for our labels music and all the great artists who have made it, and we hope this can push you to explore the rest of our catalogue.
