For his maturity album, René Danger merges his voice singing in Breton and French with chiptune arpeggios, dub bass and syncopated rhythms. 
Entirely composed on two trackers (LSDJ on Gameboy and Dirtywave M8), Gwerz Boy could be summed up with the portmanteau words gwerz-dub or chip-trad. 
Since the Gameboy was hugely influential for the making of this album and for René Danger's music in general, he entirely developed a Gameboy game accompanying this release, as well as a little fanzine illustrated by Maître Selecto.

René Danger is back with his "Gwerz Boy" EP and transversal project mixing music (indeed), but also a fanzine and a video game on an actual Game Boy cartridge!
With "Enez Eusa", René Danger tells a traditional Breton gwerz (lament) about the loss of loved ones at sea, readapted over minimalist gameboy arpeggios. 
Plot twist and spoilers: it ends in a cathartic gabber apotheosis.

One year after the release of René Danger's Gwerz Boy, we are back with two remixes of the cathartic Gwerz that concluded the album : Enez Eusa.
Inspired by the chiptune arpeggios of René's arrangement, half-Brazilian half-Brezhoneg producer Le Frit envisioned it underlined by a Dembow beat, and came up with two very different variations of this same idea.
The LSDJ Turbo Megamix is a chaotic Yoshi-led remix alternating between reggeaton rhythms and fast-paced bass beats, ready to hit the dancefloors !
