 Four boys from the South Manchester suburbs, managed by Phil Saxe, Factory Records Head of A&R and ex Happy Mondays manager. 

Their star shone brightly on the cusp of the Madchester music scene of the late eighties , early nineties. Despite promises of recording deals, Plenty pinned their hopes to the Factory Records mast aspiring to become part of the labels legacy. Sadly it was not to be, the usual band infighting, musical disagreements and the original Factory Records collapse conspired against the band, resulting in the frustrated quartet's sad demise.

Hi Guys, my name is Sophie DeBattista, Born and raised on the beautiful Maltese Islands, and residing in London since 2012.
An interior designer by profession, I really enjoy creating, playing and listening to music. One of my favourite hobbies  in life is entertaining commuters on the London Underground as a busker. 
Actually me and my acoustic guitar go a long way, having had the privilege of playing across the UK live music circuit for the last 7 years.  
A couple of years ago I was also lucky to receive a scholarship from The Mayor of London from which  I studied music at The ICMP faculty. It was here where my passion for music took a strong surge forward. In time I graduated with a 1st class BA Hons Degree in songwriting. This is where ‘S.O.S’, the Musical Artist and my electro/pop sound  was created. 
My writing is often inspired from real life events involving friends, family and even myself.
