If there’s one thing that’s been for certain over the past few months, it’s been that the bass music is absolutely thriving with some fresh faces and established artists throwing down some massive beats and stunning livestreams. As these artists continue to push the boundaries with their bass-heavy sounds, our ears have been drawn to the next wave who will be dominating the decks and ECAAPS is one to watch.

Based out of sunny San Diego, ECAAPS might be one of the latest dubstep artists to break onto the scene but she’s already showing signs of greatness. In fact, her two recent tunes with Graphic Wonder, “Lose Me” and “Eyes Don’t Lie” show off her abilities to go hard in the paint with some heavy wubs but uplift listeners with future bass stylings as well.

Over the past few months, she’s been a powerhouse on the livestream front with multiple appearances during Baked Up’s showcases and even curated her very own called Space Vibrations to celebrate her birthday in the best way possible during the pandemic. Now, ECAAPS has added more fuel to the fire this summer with a special mix that will have you getting lost in your emotions and headbanging away in no time at all.

Whether you’re a fan of tech house, deep house, melodic house, or any other subgenre of the style, the beats that continue to get released this year have further proven its greatness. Now, Patrik Stedt, aka Dirty Rituals, adds his name to the mix with a jam-packed mix!

Since first jumping behind the decks back in 2006, Patrik Stedt has become renowned for bringing the heat with releases under a range of aliases that have graced labels like Toolroom, Audio Rehab, and CUFF. His most recent project, Dirty Rituals, puts the skills he’s developed and the attention to detail he has in the studio on full display with tunes like “Who’s Your Daddy” and “Get Low” that are absolute jams.

Aside from churning out some wicked beats and spinning sets, Stedt is also the founder of House of Hustle and House of Bangerz, two labels that are at the forefront of the house music scene and are filled with some hard-hitting releases as well. Back in August, House of Hustle celebrated their 100th release in style with a solid compilation, marking six years of quality tunes on the label that has hosted artists ranging from FOOLiE and Casmalia to Broken Future and Fantom Freq.

With the release of House of Hustle’s Amsterdam Hustle 2020 on the horizon, which is set to feature a fresh tune dubbed “Seductions” from Dirty Rituals himself, he’s turning up the dial for a fall mix that’s well worth the listen. One of the artists in the trance scene who has been leaving a lasting impression on listeners around the globe for over a decade now is Steve Brian. A frequent face on Euphonic and Enhanced Recordings, he’s an artist who has truly carved out his space with uplifting releases that fill the souls of anyone who tunes in and are impossible to ignore.

Earlier this year, the German producer dropped two stunning tunes for his fans to feast their ears on, “Damage Each Other” with Danni Boyler and “Somebody” with Eric Lumiere. Thicccstep Radio Ep. 4 (Housecall)

Even though this year might not have been quite what anyone was imagining it would be, one of the artists who has emerged amidst the chaos to bring us fantastic beats is DVRKO. This mysterious, masked artist has been on a tear over the past few months, bringing forth solid singles like “Death March” and even launching his own monthly broadcast, DVRKADE Radio, on Insomniac Radio.

Now, after making a major mark on the scene during quarantine, DVRKO looks to continue flexing his creative muscle both in the studio and behind the decks. Last week saw him release a flurry of remixes for his hit tune “Somewhere in L.A.” with Sarah De Warren from the likes of Golf Clap, Tony Romera, and Otto Benson among others.

Now, DVRKO has set his sights on dominating the realm of livestreams as well, with a special broadcast to celebrate his forthcoming single, a remake of “Power Of Love” from Back To The Future. Taking place on Dash Radio’s Twitch channel on Wednesday, October 21 to coincide with “Back to the Future Day,” he will be joined by Damon Sharpe for the set that will be live from Melody Ranch in Los Angeles.
