This is a [home] recording of my set list from my second showing at Elixir in Downtown Orlando, Florida, for its Taco Tuesday "Taco'ver" event from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m on May 16, 2023.

To reflect some minor mistakes in the live set, I left some minor issues within this recording, as well (but I hope you don't notice!).

Taco'ver at Elixir (5/16/23) [h]

LEFTI is a project by producer Alex Suarez. Yes he really is left handed and his nickname his entire life has been "Lefty" being the only left hander in his immediate family.
After many years of being a professional touring musician, DJ, published songwriter and producer, LEFTI stepped into the house scene with a plethora of notoriable remixes and original music. His production is rich with groove, focusing on his indistinguishable bass lines, it's no wonder he has releases with some of the industries top house labels including: Freakin909, Let There Be House, There Was Jack, House U, Big Beat, Nurvous, Love & Other, Strangelove, Basement Sound, Box of Cats, Purple Tea, plus 7 releases with the great Toolroom records. In 2021 LEFTI minted his own label "Quincy Boy Records" which has been received very well as it is establishing its presence in the house scene and has garnered support from top tier artists and countless spins on bbc radio 1, where he had the track of the week with "Party People", and receives consistent support at, Kiss FM and select radio.

Closing Set for Sohmi @ Flash (6/10/2023)

The "origin story" for this mix is a little complicated. If interested, read on: 

I played at the Taco Tuesday "Taco'ver" event at Elixir in Downtown Orlando, Florida, from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Usually, I'll record at home my set list from that performance, but, this time, I didn't come in with a structured set list—just two distinct playlists with songs I thought would go well together.

So, I freestyled it [for the first time at a venue], and it went well, for the most part. In an effort to sincerely reflect that performance, I tried to do a freestyle mix at home with the same playlists. Ultimately, I tried a few recordings and decided otherwise (each iteration, I felt like what I was putting together wasn't worthy of publishing); instead, this mix is a compilation of songs from the playlist dedicated to the opening half of my set at Elixir (it's mostly deep house and tamer; I stayed at 125 bpm because that's what the boss said). I think it might be the mix I'm proudest of, to date.

Over the last year, I feel as if I've really stepped into my sound- I've drawn so much inspiration from artists across the globe such as Adam Ten, Elif, Sam Shure, and a lot of acts coming out of Tel Aviv. The indie dance genre is just emerging here in the States and I'm excited to help bring the sound to every audience that I have the opportunity to play for.
