Marasco is based in the Hawaiian Islands living his life in the ocean while being immersed in the beauty and power of his natural surroundings. This amazing visual setting helps to fuel his outlet, music. The passion for music has been with him since before he can remember and every free moment is dedicated to creating innovative and fresh auricular portrayals of life. Music is his way of expressing personal feelings through sounds and rhythms, based on daily inspirations without limitations.
When Marasco is not traveling you can catch one of his Dj sets at Asylum Afterhours in Honolulu. Through Djing and production, this talent’s vision is to create music and sounds without any kind of restrictions. In 2000 he started taking Ding and music production seriously, beginning collaborations with respected producer & keyboardist Dj Tuccillo.
Marasco & Tuccillo created Hawabiza Project for a more classic house sound. Their first release came out on Seamless Recordings followed by another release on City Deep Music SF. Already being a part of City Deep Music SF releasing the Haiku EP in 2009, November 2010 brought Marasco into the Orion Muzik family and sub-labels Inside Orion, Intelligence, and Blacklabel, Danilo Vigorito’s labels. Between 2009 and 2011, he continued to release tracks and remixes for the mentioned labels and also Underground Collective, a historical NYC House Label. Eventually his work led to a very successful release in June 2012 on Surface Recordings, Halo/H Foundation’s imprint, which included remixes by DJ Sneak, Danilo Vigorito, and Halo.
His connection with classic house and the U.S., West Coast sound opened doors to more remixes on several record labels. Iside Music, his new project with Danilo Vigorito and Gretchen Rhodes was created to break down the barriers of old school House and to introduce a different sound to the dance floor. Marasco’s first release on Iside Music is scheduled for the end of 2012.
While his projects are done with no limitations and always follow daily inspirations, it has brought him to play in many different countries such as; Germany, Italy, Thailand, Spain, Ibiza, Usa and very important festivals and events such as WMC, DEMF, and was involved in different radio shows on Ibiza Sonica and Ibiza Global Radio.
January 2013 will be his first appearance at the BPM Festival in Playa Del Carmen and the Surface Recordings label party on January 9th

Joe Mastromattei has not been able to escape his obsession for rhythm. Growing up in Windsor, Ontario-only a stone’s throw away from Detroit, (also known as the “birthplace of techno”, and one of the early cities to develop the tribal rhythmic styles of house music) Joe has taken the torch from some of his biggest influences and ran with it. His keen ear and attention to detail has allowed him to express himself through the digital/electronic medium in ways that make you want to dance like there’s no tomorrow. Joe is breaking into the electronic music scene and catching the attention of anyone who has an appreciation for trunk rattling bass. Throughout Joe’s creative process, he imagines himself in the middle of a dark and crowded dance floor, where his hard-hitting beats can flow straight through the bodies of people seeking their escape.
