Here is our liveset from Fusion festival. We played at the beautiful Sonnendeck in the afternoon and had a great time!

Playing some older songs which stick with us, but also a bunch of new ones.

El Mundo & Zazou Live @ Sonnendeck // Fusion Festival 2024

From 103 to 121 bpm in four hours and I loved every minute of it. You don’t often get the chance to play a set that starts at the beginning of a festival and ends in the evening when people are ready to dance. At the beautiful Georgie’s Wundergarten I got that chance and I’m really thankful for it.

I started really slow when the sun first peaked around the corner, and while people started showing up I picked up the pace towards a full dance floor during the last two hours of my set. It’s what I love to do most: creating a journey while pushing and pulling energy to and from the crowd.

Fun fact: there are eight of my own tracks in there and I never played that many of my own productions in a set.

The song combines the best elements of Electronic music. Its feel is energetic and upbeat with an emphasis on catchy melodies that are easily danceable. The mood is infectiously lively with a sense of energy that can make you jump or shake your body throughout the track.

Hypnotizing melodies, bass and percussion blended in a deep tribal mix, that’s what gets Ed Noodle going. From downtempo sets at sunset or sunrise, to an energetic train rolling you into the night: in any case the goal will be to keep you dancing with prehistoric power.

Ed is at his best when he takes the time to tell a story, relying on the right tracks and buildup for that exact place and moment in time. A craft he honed at gatherings like AfrikaBurn and Midburn, which fit his sound and energetic presentation like a glove. This brought him to events like The Gardens of Babylon Festival, Secret Brunch in London, FAME by Kater Blau and Harmonizz Festival in Israel.

Besides being a DJ, Ed also releases his own music on more and more labels and is co-founder of Wolvenroedel, a party pack that he started with YOИDI to get people dancing. And last but not least, he came up with The Noodle Lounge. It's a beautiful decorated stage at festivals where you can relax and shift back some gears, while you're sitting or lying down and enjoying some soothing downtempo music. And yes, some hot noodles to make the comfort level even bigger.
