I'm Donald and I'm a lyricist.  I've written my own poetry for several years and recently decided to try writing lyrics for music.  I am not a singer or instrumentalist.  I write all my own lyrics then work with AI to produce the right vocals and melodies.  As I mentioned I'm new to writing song lyrics.  I enjoy putting my own experiences into song.  Music has a way of reaching the soul that no other medium can.  I look to bring raw emotion and impact to my lyrics so that someone can enjoy laughing, crying, recalling special moments in their own life or perhaps celebrating a hero they know.
I was raised in a small town and while I love all genres of music, my lyrics seem to fit best with the country and country pop genre.  

I'd love to write lyrics that ultimately a professional artist can record.  I'm enjoying honing my skills, learning from others and thinking about lyrics all day long.  If you stop by and read this say hello or better, say hello and follow.
