Dutch producer Fomatic has been creating electronic music now for quite a number of years. His current productions explore the emotional layers of techno and electronica in search of his own musical “purity”.

He released his first album Inflow, on Belgian label U-cover in 2008. The album was well received by his peers and fans alike and focused on deep chilled electronica with strong melodies and warm atmospheres. His second album Chimera was released in 2011, again on U-cover. Once more, Fomatic won many fans with his distinctive style. His tracks also featured on several compilations.
Although he’s concentrated mainly on producing electronica, Fomatic’s roots actually lie in techno.
In the early 90&#39;s he closely followed the rise of the electronic music scene. He bought records, honed his musical talents and was regularly DJ-ing at various locations. He also became interested in other genres also like Drum ‘n’ Bass. As always, he searched for the warmth and purity of these genres.

Nowadays he is producing both techno and electronica. His recognizable sound is present in every production.
