Having spent his time working on new material since his SB TV and BBC 1Xtra-supported single “Take Me Or Leave Me” (featuring Bella Gotti fka No Lay, and Sarah T)in 2013, ABSORB is back with “Hold On”; a drum and bass-influenced sizzler which sounds like a starship travelling at warp speed on a collision course for the centre of the earth.

The track has so far been featured as part of Tom Robinson's BBC Introducing 6 Music mixtape, with numerous plays on BBC Newcastle (c/o BBC Introducing) as well as a number of high profile online blogs showing support for the new single.

+ Produced by former Stinkahbell member Anton F and features the vocals of Red'N'Pink's Red Savva.

Written in the aftermath of the second siege of Fallujah in Iraq, this is a song dedicated to the families caught in the middle and  all the people involved, whether they had a choice in the mater or not. I hope that one day Iraq will be richly blessed with swathes of green, trees, clean waters, peace and contentment.
