This sound pack exclusively draws its origins from a variety of ALM Busy Circuit eurorack modules, prominently featuring the MCO Oscillator as the centerpiece. Notably, there are two primary sets of kick drums, both crafted entirely from the MCO, with the other incorporating the filter resonance from the Doepfer A-121-3 filter. In addition, chords, pads, and textures were shaped using Modal Electronic's wavetable synth Argon 8.

I ‘Hope” You Have Some Time

Low Island’s “Everything Before Us” remixed by Ahva. Contains chopped stems from the original track plus some additional background vocals by Ahva. 

 “I used Samplr to find new chord structure for the chorus, sampling the entire master track – in the fashion of “One More Time” by Daft Punk. The drum fills in the end section are played with Samplr as well. The bass line in the verse is just chopped in Ableton Live from the original bass stem. Fun times!”  

The remix was made for a remix competition held in Damian Taylor’s Complete Producer Network. Winner of the competition gets an official release with @lowislandmusic.

Denis Kozlov is a well-known figure in Tashkent’s club scene — a DJ who made waves at Fragment parties at “Sila” bar, as well as at the “Voskhod” and “Stihia” festivals.

Denis was the first DJ to support Plovistan parties with his set — and it’s with him that our mix series begins.
