Lynchburg,  Virginia  is where this story starts. Jonathan J.Stone Franklin was born with a heart problem,  which hendered him from playing any kind of sports at an early age.  This is the time that his dad got him into music.  The power and influence a song can have and also the amount of lives a song can touch is what sparked his initial interest and attention.  He was introduced to the industry at a very young age , and dropped his first single while he was still high school.  " Just me was his first single followed by the shakedown which featured LSG.. And was heavily distributed by Univeral Records in 2010. His first Mixtape was dropped in 2003. Which not only makes J. Stone and emninent threat , but a well seasoned vet as well ,that seems not to even hit the tip of the iceberg of this young multitalented mogul . His list of inspirations varies from LL COOL J, David Ruffin, J.Cole, to Fabulous and New Edition.  This gives you a more define picture of what the kinda soulful punch  J. Stone bring to the table. He is not your ordinary  rapper/singer hes at the point where hes perfected both crafts .  Already performing in places like, Atlanta( GEORGIA), Greensboro ( North Carolina), Richmond,  Lynchburg, and D.C., the skys the limit for J.STONE.  Who's also a regular headliner for One of North Carolina's biggest annual concerts called hoodstock.  Hes opened up for Brick Squad,  Maino, Yung LA, Lil Ru, and the late great Slim Dunkin. Hes won  a YouTube Award in 2018 ,Hes been nominated for THE BEST MALE RNB AWARD  for his album Grown  by the SEI AWARDS out of Atlanta,  Georgia,. He won the Building In the Streets DVD Extravaganza showcase. And  one of his most recent Singles featuring Cash Money Records Recording  Artist Jacques called Sunday Sex has already been streamed over a million times on Spotify. This is what we call a big deal. With all these accolades and accomplishments he is still to determined to finish this journey to greatness and never slow roll to success.  Hes currently in the studio finishing up his next project  called Still Care 3. And has a blazing new single out called Day to Day featuring Q Dog and PRODUCED by Legion Beats. Since my childhood i'm playing the saxophone in several projects. One day I also fell in love with electronic music....

Electronic music is the last frontier of the musical game, It's only been about 30 years in the making and not everything has been hit yet. Me (Joseph Patrick Rowan), plan on making the "next best thing" in electronic music. I just feel that there is so much ground to cover and the only way to cover such ground is to experiment with all sorts of sounds. I spend about an hour or two a day just messing with VST's or Plugins on Fl Studio just to i can make that perfect sound for my listeners. I'm not even close to what i want but in due time i feel thati will do much better. I never use profanity in any of my music simply because i view recording as a whole "set in stone" type ordeal. No one wants to be remembered as a potty mouth. It also shows that you have respect for all your listeners. I am currently attending BGSU (Bowling Green State University) in Ohio and just have a simple set up in my room so i'm kind of limited right now but in due time i will get a better recording set-up.
