Berlin-based DJ BB Deng was born in Hong Kong and raised in Taiwan. She started her music career playing in rock bands and was a resident DJ in clubs in Taipei. In 2004 she moved to Beijing for her Film study, but she didn't let go her passion for music and in 2008 she opened a club named "The Boat" - a real boat that combines live performances, DJ parties and film screenings. She later joined China's first electronic music label "Acupuncture Records" and helped organize countless parties, including the famous INTRO electronic music festival. In 2016 she got signed with the British electronic music equipment brand Novation as its first Taiwanese ambassador. In the same year, she joined the family of Chinese booking agency Modernsky, and began touring festivals and clubs around the world, from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mongolia to Germany, Holland, Switzerland, France, Croatia, Austria, Finland, Poland and Spain.
In 2018, Deng BB started releasing her own techno productions. From German labels - Sound of Berlin, Kuukou Records, Be Sure, Fehler Musik, Electrotribe - to other national labels such as Reload Black label (Spain), Blackat Label (Miami), Minitech (Amsterdam), Set of the day (Switzerland), ABC boyler coalition (Italy) to Fallen Angel (USA) and Industrial girls (Colombia).
In 2019, she moved to Berlin to continue her performance and production work.

Dilemma Podcast 073 Dark Moon from Madrid (Spain) Dark Moon is a 24-year-old Madrid producer and young Dj.
She is the promoter of Alterego Club Madrid, a feast for which artists of Matrixxman, VSK or Scalameriya have passed through among others.
After more than two years of career, we have seen her in action at numerous clubs in Madrid and other cities in Spain such as Vortex or Family Club.
It is highlighted by its versatility in mixtures where it plays in different styles, but always with a sound defined by broken rhythms and dark and industrial sounds.

Kristina grew up listening to grunge, rock, and metal, but recently her wanting to play in a band turned into getting behind the decks and exploring the electronic spectrum of sound. Last year she also joined the @blvsh.berlin collective, created for the exposure, peer support, and promotion of new FLINTGA* talents, which has since been helping her to continue on her exploration journey.

Belgium in the house! Psytox is a long-time friend of Parallel, and it was about time he delivered us a set :) So here we go! 
This set is pretty much testament to what Psytox’ sets are: not confined to genres and boundaries, the mix blasts of with the fierce Electro mayhem by Imogen and punk madness of Locked Club, morphs into bass driven Breakbeats and ends in 160bpm Nu-Techno and Electronica mayhem. He jokingly named his style “Ampe-curbing” - after his friend and inspiration of late, DJ Ampe. Risking it all by taking all sorts of weird turns, yet somehow managing to keep the car on the road. 

But.. who is Psytox? 

Psytox played his first DJ gig in 1989, amidst the New Beat craze in his native country Belgium. Securing a residency at a local club - with a 2000 people capacity - seemingly overnight, he played there up to four nights a week, often 12 to 15 hours straight. His relentless search for new, unique music lead him to travel to raves, clubs - and record stores - all over Europe - when he wasn’t behind the decks. 

He also produced close to 100 tracks thus far. He co-founded the Techno label Coincidence, where he aims to bring new talent to the forefront. Now well established artists like Rebekah, Cleric, Aadja, Mary Velo, Charlotte de Witte and Remy-X were on the label in the early days of their careers.

Throughout the years, he played at a huge amount of (known and obscure) clubs in Belgium, with regular appearances at Tomorrowland, KozzMozz, Café d’Anvers, Lagoa, Fuse,… and sets at Tresor, Zodiak, Club Vaag, Chalet, Extrema Outdoor, Lost Theory, Thé Dansant, Feestgedruis and so on. More recently, he can mostly be heard at Kompass Klub (Gent) or the Coincidence stage at Tomorrowland, where he has been performing each edition since 2010. 

He continues to search endlessly for new music, artists and young, upcoming talent that inspires - and tries to help them on their first steps in the scene. Keeping a young and open mind, despite being an old(er) raver…

Born and raised in Czech Republic, Kristina has been living in Berlin for over a decade now. The former hobby bass player and classical singer started discovering techno shortly before she relocated to Berlin. Her taste has since evolved and has been heavily influeced by the harder hitting techno played in Berlin clubs. After meeting BLVSH members, she has found a new happy place – electro and breakbeat. 

Kristina performing under the alias Ká has only started djing somethig over a year ago and can't wait to see where it will take her. She is not afraid to step outside of her typical genre, but she does appreciate a smooth flow in her sets to keep the bodies sailing.

A tribute to the best and realest nightclub in my hometown Gothenburg... and in my not very humble opinion, the first one of it's kind in, like, a decade or two. 

A big shout-out to the NYE2017 Rottweiler crew, all artists dancers and organizers... Makaton, Kr!z, Håkan Momenth, Menfors and the ravers who wouldn't stop sweating. This gloomy industrial town is a great place to live thanks to you!
