Nuevo TRIP a cargo de uno de los invitados de la sticky de cierre de temporada. El bueno de Adri in the mix…


Pharma, residente en Granada desde hace varios años, se ha ido alimentando de la música electrónica experimental desde la década del 2000 que ha ido plasmando tanto en sesiones de escucha, clubes, en los colectivos granadinos que ha colaborado como asociel o The Laboratory, y en el sello Masa Series que codirige
En este mix toca el downtempo influenciado por el ambient, dub techno o deep house destacando artistas que no se han enfocado tanto en la pista de baile y le ha influenciado durante este tiempo como Barker, Aleksi Perala o Legowelt.

Un saludo chavales, no recuerdo una noche igual.

En este mix, guille te trae, como no, tremendas rarezas pa que te sientas un digger de mierda. Downtempo, halftempo, IDM, breaks de otro planeta + una cantidad infame de géneros q no has oído en tu vida. Tremendo mix del willy la verdad. TRIP032 - Willy

Nuevo mix en la nube del sonido a cargo de nuestro buen amigo Mario (aka Lucient) . Mix de carácter especial al haber sido grabado en directo en la reciente edición de Jaleo Real (somewhere near Ávila). 

Algunos lo vivimos en directo y otros tantos podéis gozarlo en diferido. Un mix que en resumidas palabras está hecho pa dejar mal a la peña. Técnica de 10, selección de 11, 4 CDJs y 1 Space echo RE-20 para hacerte viajar durante casi dos horas.

Mario es, entre otras cosas, uno de los capos de Lapsus (agencia de booking, sello, promotora), una de las cabezas pensantes del festival Embassat de sabadell y el 50% de CEE Shepherds. A parte de todo eso es un tío majo de cojones y es un honor que se una a nuestra serie de mixes.

Nuestro amigo Ricardo nos trae un mix de música de club que ha ido recabando por Berlin cargado de buenas vibras a través de mucho house, breaks y reminiscencia rave para arrancar la semana como bien se debe.

En cuanto a Ricardo decir que, originario de Pozoblanco, Córdoba, fue promotor en la capital del ya extinto Hubba club, sesiones que se llevaban a cabo en el basement de la sala Barco hace unos años. Ahora, viviendo en Berlin, tiene un radio show en RBL Berlin en el que sigue explorando ritmos de diferentes indoles, siempre con mucha finura.

TRIP034 - Mrtnzz

Nuevo mix en la nube del sonido a cargo de una de las mayores agitadoras de la escena valenciana TRS. 

Promotora de una de las fiestas con mejor naming que hay por la península, Tere regenta 2 girls 1 deck, evento que ha recorrido valencia entera y que quizás pronto veamos por otros lugares del territorio. 

En cuanto al mix, podemos decir que es una re interpretación de su set en la piscina de jaleo real. Hora y media de selección 100% finura guaranteed porque joder Tere, que gusto tienes jodía. Nos lo cuenta mejor ella misma: 

“Este set se construyó a través del concepto de “la mañana” y lo que significa para mí, a través de distintos géneros, empezando con un aura líquida y luminosa, siguiendo con temas más bailables hasta llegar a un final con ritmos rotos y una atmósfera eufórica”

Whats your name and where are you from?

I’m Hannah! I DJ & produce as Hannah Account & I’m based in Queens.

Can you tell me a little about the mix?

This mix is loosely based on a set I played last week at The End. I had planned to play dub reggae tracks one at a time echoed out between tracks. When I got to the gig I learned that the mixer for the evening (a Xone 92, which I had never played on) lacked effects. Not having the time to run home & grab a delay pedal, I instead decided to play dance tracks that draw on dub’s heavy bass & drums & eerie atmosphere. Even though I had to figure out the mixer while performing I was still pretty pleased with my track selection & went home wanting to keep exploring this theme. Like dub, this mix makes me think about ghosts & the weight of the present.

What are you most excited about that you’re working on right now?

I think getting to play a whole bunch of my own tracks out at Bossa a couple weeks ago made me catch the producing bug again.  I’m trying to put out a lot more music this year! I’m mostly trying to finish some of the dozens of tracks I have that are somewhere between 25-90% complete before I really dive into new stuff though. I feel like I make tracks in one long session or very slowly over the course of many months with not a whole lot of in-between. 

Any hobbies outside of music?

I love cooking! Like DJing it’s all about combination timing & selection :)

I’m throwing myself a birthday party on Saturday April 13th at Jade Bar! I’ll be doing the closing set for that I’m also performing the night after on April 14th at The End in The Breaking Capacity breakbeat/jungle/dnb party. If you know me you know those genres are my bread & butter :) No pressure to come see me two nights in a row but I’ll also love you forever if you do!!
