At Field Maneuvers 2023, Optimo (Espacio) played the final set in the Sputnik tent as part of the Watching Trees takeover. "We expected everyone to be on their final reserves of energy," they said. "But it was instantly apparent that there was electric energy in the tent. It ended up being one of the most joyous, life-affirming gigs of [the year]."

Made a huge mix of some of my favourite classic trance trax from the late 90s and early 2000s 💿🎚🎛🎚💿 Mixed all in key, slowly progressing in energy and moving through various different sounds, from bright and euphoric, progressive and melodic, moody and atmospheric and hard and fast.

I was also pretty inspired by original record designs and art from the genre so I designed a cover for it based on them 💿 and made a bunch of 3D renders to visualise the mix.
