" En gros, j'ai essayé dans ce set le style de mixs que j'ai essayé de développer au cours de l'année passée. La période des confinements a été un gros moment de doute et de remise en question sur ma musique, et j'ai tenté depuis que j'ai recommencé à jouer il y a un an d'élargir la palette de styles, de sons et de tempos de mes sets pour mieux refléter toutes mes écoutes, du côté des plus aventureuses comme des plus efficaces. On trouvera donc dans le mix des choses très variées mais qui se connectent à mes yeux - et, je l'espère, à l'écoute. Des sons que j'ai joués dans presque tous mes sets cette année comme des coups de cœur plus récents, des choses injouables en club et d'autres qui font partie de mes playlists depuis des années. Bref, j'ai essayé de condenser mon esthétique et je suis ravi de présenter ce mix pour abri, dont l'invitation à la rotonde il y a un an à largement contribué à me relancer musicalement. For our 569th podcast, it's one of the oldest member of the crew who's in charge, here's how he describes this mix : "For some reason, I never did a solo SSS podcast until now – mixed parts of collaborative podcasts, as well as a b2b2b podcast with my friends Ganesa & Squane a few years ago, but I never did one on my own. I've been making music for 20 years, DJing for 15 & a member of SSS for 12 years now, so 2025 felt like the time to do it. I wanted it to reflect this trajectory. I've never been one to stick to one style, and my sets have always been about opening borders rather than sitting in one place. Through the years though, my selections moved amongst a wide array of styles and while I'll never be able to include them all in one cohesive set, I wanted this SSS Podcast to reflect this. The 40 tracks here are all tracks that I've played a lot at some point or another, arranged as a mixtape designed to show what I love most. Electronic music that's rooted in the hardcore continuum and its many forms, but that also feels forward-thinking, exploratory & adventurous; jumping from one style to another to create new dynamics; that pirate radio feeling of tracks that may sound raw or muddy, but have that distinct, spatial, melancholy, emotional element to them. I also included a few cuts from my label Syrinx Music, as well as noise tracks I love for the opening & closing. I hope you enjoy the listen."
