"The good people at @DreiGroschenDisko asked me to join one of their events once again. It also marked their very last event at Zukunft am Ostkreuz, as the location has to shut it's doors soon. The event's earnings will be used to help Kino Zukunft open their doors again in a new location.

I opened the 'Garage'-floor with a mixture of jersey & baltimore club music, but also snuck a single grime instrumental into the selection.

SOS_CARLOSS debut EP delivers a mixture of stumbling breaks and atmospheric sound scapes reminiscent of early dubstep. A unique sound aesthetic and approach where distorted samples from analogue gear are recontextualized as eerie pads just to be broken by heavy drums and subby bass lines.
