"Bait's 4th split EP is a crispy duo of tracks by Spanish artist Andrae Durden and Swiss artist Chewlie. While Andrae's 'Lasca' is a cold and elegant interpretation of technoïd- dubstep, breathing minimal darkness whilst catching a racing pace after the second drop, Chewlie's 'Denial' leans more towards 'OG' dubstep, almost flirting with deconstructed club with it's wonky and sort of warm character."

Following a short break from the dubplate series we return with a link-up that has been long overdue - finding a sweet spot between the Dimeshift and WORSHIP sounds, Axle brings two of his headier, bassweight driven cuts to lathe, exploring two different branches of early-to-mid 00s dubstep production.

Twisted turns to the darker basement dance floors, with swung, whipping snares, tight drums, and tense, rising synths.

On the flip, Swarm embodies the meditative, and sparse sounds that turned slightly away from dancefloors, focusing on understated drumwork & hypnotic bass in favour of deeper atmospheres akin to the sounds of Random Trio

New York's iconic Sister Zo, energizes the release with her dynamic club groover of Hunnï, the perfect take for a late nighter. Jan Loup from Toulouse, captures the tension of Vis-à-vis with a deluge of textural bass elements immersed in a swamp of circulating synths. Seattle's, Enereph lifts off with a genre blazing remix forging footwork & braindance, cultivating a magical elixir of Dance of the 7th Veil. Brooklyn's, Martini taps the bodily flow state of Visceral Vessel, bringing the track into a meditative whirlpool closing out the EP flawlessly.
