On side A, we can hear the main track, “Sakura”, a very elegant minimal with a bassline full of energy and movement accompanied by a full-bodied kick, stabs full of dynamite and some pads that take you straight to the sky.

As side B, “Meet Of Fate”, with a deeper bassline, this time accompanied by a very crunchy groove, beautiful melodies and amazing automations that make you feel like you are continually going up and down under the general vibe of the track.

Ultimately, there couldn't be a better presentation for the label than this great launch from these two great London-based producers.

From Malmo With Love is a fantastic new various artists EP on the House Music With Love label that explores deep, emotive house music by Alex Moda, Edgar Ariza and Josefine Hellström Hansson. The three artists are all based in Malmö the Swedish city that brought up producers like Minilogue / Son Kite, Johanna Knutsson, Rivet, Per Hammar, Agaric and Ticon. This Swedish label really has A&Red some fine talent here and this is sure to be their classiest release yet.

Up first is Josefine Hellström Hansson offering Water Cave, a truly deep and excellent house cut with big cavernous open spaces, prickly little synth details and a sombre lead synth line that oozes sadness.

Fellow Swede and accomplished rummer Edgar Ariza then gets more upbeat with his propulsive but still rich and deep house roller Nebulous. This one has uplifting chords, dreamy vocals that melt into he groove and a nice sense of drive.

Lastly, a new but fast rising producer who has released on labels such as EQNation and now impresses with A place Called Myanmar. It is a deep and atmospheric techno tune that has soft drums, wavy synths and icy lines that really get under your skin.

This is a classy EP full of genuine mood and deep emotions that continues to mark out House Music With Love as a fine modern day house outlet.

About the release :
Everybody who knows Connaisseur, will probably be aware of the fact that we simply love the concept of remixes. To find the right person for a specific track in order to turn an already amazing original into a new direction, is always an exciting challenge. Of course, there is always some wishful thinking on our side about what it will turn out to be like. Usually, we are completely wrong, which however doesn’t mean that we are not happy with the result. Usually, we love the resulteven more than our own brainchild. 

In April, we released Of Norway’s sophomore album "The Loneliest Man In Space", a diverse masterpiece. Since then, we have been searching for remixers whom we personally really like and of whom we are sure they can turn the track into a direction we can’t even imagine. It was a bit of a journey, but now after the product ist completed, we are more than happy that we were able to bring such a group of remixers together on one product.

As every remixer has delivered such a great interpretation, we decided to give each of them enough space to be discovered, which is why we will be releasing one remix per week over the course of two months. A selection of these remixes can be found on a 12“ extract. One extra remix is exclusively for radio and streaming.
