VieL - Vasilis Lampaounas - was born in Greece in 1979. He started his career in 1994 as a radio producer-dj.Exploring several sounds such as acid jazz, soul, ambient, techno and drum' n' bass, nally to be infatuated with electronic music. After that and for a series of years since today he has taken part to many events as a guest or a resident dj in some of the most renown places in Athens. In 2009 he started his rst steps in creating electronic music and based on his mood he processes with his favourite music genres:Deep House, Electronica and Deep Techno, currently preparing his new set of music productions... Exactly today 20 years ago Watergate opened its doors for the very first time! 20 crazy years of Berlin club culture. Honored to be part of the anniversary celebrations. Closing the club with a 6 hour set after a turbulent show by maestro Maceo Plex in the main floor felt unreal.

Have a relisten of the 6 hours morning adventure with lots of new tracks by some (or since it is 6 hours actually a lot) of my fav artists and colleagues. Plus quite a few unreleased own tracks.

Ninsa: The interstellar “remix version” on Gabriels SoundCloud is a track that I’ve listened to many times. I love it and when we searched for inspiration we started to talk about how shitty it is that it’s just on SoundCloud and nowhere else. So we just made our own interpretation.

When we are creating, we find a balance somewhere in between of both our styles. There is no other mentor and friend that I would wish for in this music journey.


Ananda: “ Not many movies or events hit my deepest pain of being separated as much as interstellar. They did something right with this movie and the soundtrack is on point.

So in one of our sessions, Ninsa and I couldn't find something that moved us equally so we just decided to go into these chords of Hans Zimmer. 

The heaviness of the remix on soundcloud isn't so much in this one, so i decided to create contrast by also showing the happy side of that Theme in the break..

Ninsa is not only a really good friend and an amazing, hard working talent as a DJ and all that is connected to it, her passion also lights me up a little so that i feel motivated to make some more techno tracks and also enjoy playing on parties more. So big thanks for that.
