This track is exactly what the title says — a reflection of our friendship and creative connection. Every time we meet, we end up talking about music for hours... and eventually making it too. Our studio sessions are often fueled by mushroom coffee, laughter, and deep dives into sound and ideas. One day, while messing around, I had this idea to sample some spoken words. I showed Veytik a hilarious interview with James Brown, and we couldn’t stop laughing. It reminded us that sometimes, taking a break and enjoying the moment is just as important as creating. The vocal sample in the breakdown talks about sampling itself — a cool little meta twist, especially since James Brown was the most sampled artist of all time. That part really ties everything together. The track has an 80s-inspired bassline, some warm housey chords, and an uplifting groove that makes you want to smile and dance. It’s playful, funky, and full of joy — just like the energy music brings into our lives.

Franco Dalmati returns to Loot Recordings with a three-track release that captures the interplay of rhythmic drive, melodic tension, and rich textures. Featuring two originals and a remix by Paul Deep, it showcases a cohesive and dynamic sound that unfolds
