A hypnotic compound of techno and tech-house, further enhanced by the powerful groove and bass lines which characterise the sets of Mladen Tomic, Bosnian DJ and producer, who has won the hearts of clubbers across the globe. 
You will recognize his uncompromising sound and strong energy, which is woven into every one of sets. The carefully selected compositions. The unique production. The strong personal touch, whether in production, the mix or the re-mix.

His personal work, recognised and supported by both prominent artists and owners of famous record labels such as Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, John Acquaviva, Monika Kruse, Umek, Popof, Adam Beyer, Stefano Noferini and others, have catapulted him to among the best, and opened the doors of the most prestigious clubs and festivals around the world.

Performances all over Europe (Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, England, Scotland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Belgium ...), America (USA, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica) and Canada are testimony of that. 
The ever growing list of festivals whose line-up includes Mladen’s name is even more impressive: Miami WMC 2013 and 2014 (US), EXIT - Dance Arena (Serbia), Soul Tech and Selenic Beach (Mexico), Kazantip (Ukraine), Stereo Sunday ( the Netherlands), Amsterdam Dance Event (Netherlands), Refresh (Montenegro) amongst many others.

With a highly acclaimed series of original tracks, production is still the centre of Mladen's business with regular releases on renowned labels such as Sci + Tec, Suara, Definitive Recordings, Terminal M, 1605, Octopus, 100% Pure, Deeperfect and Stereo Productions.

In March 2012, Mladen and Sian’s joint single "Front Pocket", remixed by Nicole Moudaber, reached number 1 on the Beatport Techno charts and the original mix No.3. In the January 2013 edition of Techno Tools Vol.1 on the famous Suara label, was a great success - up to four compositions were in the techno Top 20, and two in the Top 10, with “Physical Level”, on the 4th and “Tune” in 8th place in the techno charts. Mladen’s remix of "Airscape" by Stefano Noferini found itself in the seventh place on the Beatport techno list. The famous track ‘’Before Sunset” from 2009 has also been a huge worldwide success, and it has been ranked 12th on the tech house list.  “Solar Wind”, which was released on Sci + Tec, was one of the most played tracks in Dubfire's sets in 2014 and was positioned 12th on the Beatport techno chart. "730 Drink" on Night Light Records was on the 9th Essential mix of Richie Hawtin and “West Beach” and “Inside The Bootle”, (which has also appeared on Night Light Records), found themselves in almost every one of Richi’s sets in Ibiza in 2014 and 2015.
 
An equally large success has been achieved by "Dance of Shadows", "Global Mind", "True Story", "Under The Fool Moon", "Tangas", "Lady In The House", "Green Cubes" and so on.

It is also important to mention the successful remixes produced by Mladen for famous artists, including Mauro Picotto, Sebastian Leger, Cristian Varela, Stefano Noferini, Chus & Ceballos, ANNA, Manuel De La Mare, Paolo Mojo, Marko Nastic and Boris.

Mladen’s career began way back in 1999, when he joined forces with Sinisa Tamamović to promote events in their native Banja Luka and toured the Western Balkans. They soon founded their own label, Night Light Records, which is now the synonym for quality, innovation and releases that are always one step ahead.

There must be something in the water in Bordeaux. Something that turns quiet kids into tasteful buttoned-up hooligan technophiles expert in ghetto house and the art of partying till you're brain dead while screaming their trademark "CHUI CHO" from the top of their lungs. First there was Bobmo, then Strip Steve, Djedjotronic and now we present to you the latest graduate from the Bordeaux school of hard knocks: Noob. 

It was Popof who first spotted Noob, and his remix of the well renowned "Serenity" became Form Label's first ever release. From that point on, Noob began receiving remix requests from some of the industry's most prominent figures and labels including Brodinski (Turbo), D.I.M. & TAI (Boyznoize records) and Zero 7 (for the legendary Atlantic label). Tiga himself also requested a remix for his weeks long top charted single "Shoes".

In 2009. Noob co-released his maxi single "Peanuts Club" on Turbo Records (alongside Brodinski). The pumpin house megahit not only grabbed every dance music aficionado's attention, but also helped define the sound of 2009 whilst getting plays by every major DJ back when high pitched synth riffs and tropical riddims ruled the clubs.

He then proceeded to deliver a handful of tasty remixes (for none other than heavyweights Tiga, Para One AutoKratz, Proxy, Style of Eye and Popof), as well as his immense Dinosaurs With Guns production for Yours Truly.

In early 2011, he majestically flipped the script by showing the world his obsession with intricate patterns and melodies through his "Crumble" EP, a very IDM-inspired warped tech house gem on the usually rather techno Form records.

Most recently, the Bordeaux techno villain released two massive tunes on Sound Pelligrino: "Spell", a groovy sure shot which combines commanding ferocity and a delicate class in a way reminiscent of Style of Eye's early work, but also hints at Noob's passion for IDM and mysterious- almost ambient melodies à la Lone, carried by a strong rhythm built on noble electro and house drums, unraveling the most 'hands in the air' breakdown since the invention of putting your hands in the air. The track generated an incredible crowd reaction and witnessed immense club success.

The second one being "Protein" was reminiscent of Oizo and b-pitch era Feadz production, as well as the dirty MPC-sounding, analog clashing against digital, grease-dripping electro funk of old favorites Letroset. It's weird, aggro yet minimal, always building up yet never blatantly exploding but rather keeping your feet on the floor for some seriously sweaty dance action. So far Noob has hit some of the world's most renowned stages, including Dour Festival dour ( Belgium ), Onzieme Osaka ( Japan ), Zoon Club ( Mexico ), Womb tokyo ( Japan ), Fabric London ( UK ), Sankeys Manchester ( UK ), D.Edge Sao Paulo ( Brazil ), Rex Paris ( France ), Festival Plages Electroniques Cannes ( France ), Kaballah Festival Itu ( Brazil ), Soul tech Festival ( Mexico ), Libertine Supersport Brussels ( Belgium ) etc. Apart from a vigorous touring schedule, studio sessions also keep the young Frenchman busy.

Mexican-American bad-boy Victor ‘Harvard Bass’ has always brought together the raw appeal of American booty with the style and function of European Ass. His sound has earned him in-crew-sion in Seth Troxler’s Tuskegee posse, Green Velvet’s Relief Records, and of course Tiga's Turbo. With years of releases under his belt, he’s maintained an impressively consistent voice.

It all comes down to the fact that he is a bonafide sex addict who managed to turn a problem into a career by combining his obsession with thickness and his prowess for production. His Releases can be heard as Harvard Bass’ confession, his plea of insanity set to the sound of a perfectly functioning Ibiza super-club, complete with sexy paid dancers, industrial smoke cannons, and the kind of mass communal ego death that comes from 10+ straight hours of tech-house.
 
With the Launch of his very own Bump City Records, Harvard has vowed to put his famous raw ghetto sexiness on the map. Boom-time, ladies and gentlemen.

One of Germany’s leading house music lights, Boris Dlugosch’s chameleon-like approach has helped him to amass an incredibly enviable catalogue of grooves that continues to grow every year.

Releasing on illustrious labels like Gerd Janson's RUNNING BACK,  Classic Music, Defected, Suara, Toolroom Records and Poker Flat Recordings in recent times, Dlugosch’s chunky basslines, crisp percussion and earworm melodies have found their way to all corners of the house music scene. His successful working relationship with Purple Disco Machine yielded L.O.V.E. and Set It Out, which both hit the #1 spot on Traxsource and the Top 5 on Beatport, as did Peppermint Jam’s 20th anniversary remix package of his classic Keep Pushin’.

Keep Pushin’ was the track that broke him through onto the global house scene in the mid-’90s in a big way. Germany wasn’t exactly a hotbed of house music talent at the time—making him somewhat of a rarity—and it soon became clear with further anthems like Hold Your Head Up High that he was a producer with a serious sense of musicality as well as dancefloor prowess. After this series of club smashes, the big-name remixes started to roll in: Aaliyah, Mary J Blige, Adeva, Randy Crawford… and then came that remix for Moloko’s Sing It Back, a huge crossover track that became the official radio version and hit #4 in the UK Singles Chart. Next came reworks for Daft Punk, Basement Jaxx, Jamiroquai, Mariah Carey, Moby…

Eventually growing wearisome of the declining funky house / garage sounds of the era, Dlugosch discovered a new-found love for the French electro scene in the mid-noughties, releasing Bangkok on Erol Alkan’s Phantasy Sound imprint and Cycle on Lektroluv Records (complete with a remix from Etienne De Crecy), with the likes of 2manydjs, Boys Noize and Laurent Garnier all throwing their weight behind his updated sound.

After the electro scene became saturated and the times progressed once again, he metamorphosed into the producer we know him as today, taking a modern approach to classic house music that draws on multiple influences. “I constantly check for new tracks and absorb what’s out there” he says of his hunger for new sounds and styles. “We all change constantly!” he adds of his—and indeed others’—evolution over the years. “I don’t want anyone to pigeonhole me”. And nor should they. When you have as much musical talent as Dlugosch, it’s criminal to keep making the same sounds over and over again.

A Boiler Room Berlin set in 2013 introduced him to a new generation of house music lovers, and his regular In The Mix uploads on SoundCloud give a good idea of what can be heard in his rocking club and festival sets. Upfront house meets garagey classics and disco cut-ups, dashes of electro, acid and deep melodic moments to give a well-rounded selection that perfectly marries house music’s past, present and future. 

He is also an erstwhile label owner, having set up Golden City Sounds in 2013 with Digitalism’s Isi and HEY TODAY!’s Raik Fargo—but the imprint is currently dormant. He’s eyeing up the possibilities of launching a new label, but only when it feels right and makes sense on a creative level. We live in hope.

A true legend who continues delivering the goods today, Boris Dlugosch is one of house music’s real treasures.
