People who don´t speak icelandic I´m sorry about this one as it´s in icelandic.

Well it started with a poem I wrote and it took only 5- 10 min to finish it. I worte the song later but don´t remember when. It´s been a few years.
I have always liked the poem and the song I wrote. Have published before but in bad quality. Now I contacted a mixer who mixed both my vocals and the music. Also corrected my pitch manually. Different from autotune. So I should sing it on pitch :)
The poem is personal and written about how I felt when dealing with symptoms of CPTSD like anxiety and panick attack with emotional flashbacks. Terrible is a nice word to say about that. 

Hope you like it. Might turn the song into english. Ok I promise I will.
The song is in the key of D major.

I´ve for few years been writing songs and lyrics for myself in my spare time. Been learning by doing if you like. My purpose of sharing songs is (beyond my own pleasure) to find someone who is interested in playing my songs using and/or publish.

I wrote and released some instrumental tracks in the beginning which I liked a lot to create. Like to be experimental. With incresed confidence I started to add my vocsls. Unfortunately I´ve to use primitive equipment to sing. Do it through headphones on my computer. 
I´ve gained a good experience in both writing songs, lyrics and arrangement. Since I use my vocals for all the tracks I regard them as demos and I hope somebody would be interested to sing them. 
I love to write music and for me the best way to express any kind of emotions I´m going through in my life.
