Hermanos de las melodías es  el encuentro de Alejo Rodríguez y Simón Lagarrosse en TAKIWASI, un Centro de rehabilitación y tratamiento de adicciones, retiros o dietas en la selva amazónica. 
Los dos músicos, guitarristas y cantantes se unen en una amistad muy fuerte en la vida y especialmente en la música, de ahí el nombre: hermanos de melodías.
Todas las canciones que se presentan aquí son Ikaros (canciones de sanación)que se cantan durante las sesiones de ayahuasca. Aqui ellos nos interpretan libremente los Ikaros que acompañaron su trabajo durante largos meses y han contribuido en gran medida a su sanación.
El propósito de estas grabaciones es rendir homenaje a la medicina tradicional de la Amazonía,  las plantas maestras, curanderos y todo el personal del centro TAKIWASI y RUNAWASI
Ellos comparten estos Ikaros de forma gratuita y sin finalidad terapéutica. Es simplemente música que hace bien al corazón y al alma, asi es que, bajenlos, compartanlos y disfutenlos, estan hechos para eso.

Hermanos de melodías c'est la rencontre improbable d'Alejo Rodriguez et de Simon Lagarrosse à Takiwasi, un centre de soin pour les addictions en plein coeur de l'Amazonie. Tout deux musiciens, guitaristes et chanteur se lient d'une très forte amitié dans la vie et surtout dans la musique, d'où le nom : frères de mélodie.
Toutes les chansons présentées ici sont tirées des Icaros (chants de guérison) qui sont chantés lors des sessions d'Ayahuasca. Ils nous donnent ici une libre interprétation de ces chants qui ont accompagné leurs travails durant de long mois et qui ont grandement participé à leurs guérison.
Le but de ces enregistrements est de rendre un vibrant hommage à la médecine traditionnelle de l'Amazonie, aux plantes maîtresses, aux Curanderos (guérisseurs) ainsi qu'à tout le personnel du centre Takiwasi.
Le partage de ces Icaros se fait gratuitement et sans but thérapeutique. C'est simplement de la musique qui fait du bien au coeur et à l'âme, alors, téléchargez, partagez, c'est fait pour ça.
