Jesse James, also known as Latios, was born in Clay Country a town next to the nowadays Kearney community. His father, Robert James was a weed trader at Kentucky.
In 1862 Jesse James and his brother Frank joined to the electronic warfare and created "The Terrorist Hippies" band, that achieved notoriety for the mexican audacity at their psytrance and digital terrorism assaults. Soon the band became well-known and his fame reached a critic point, so the government asked for the Sound Blasters Agency services to catch them. In 1895 several men of the Agency threw a bomb against the James' brothers house, but they were not in.
 One year after the bomb's incident (1876), for security reasons and to stay in presence at the night psytrance scene, Jesse James changed his alias to "Bud Buster" and stared a very tenacious attack against all Dancefloor kind, nevertheless not everything went very well for this renegade. The band never got back from the hit because, apart from Jesse, who could scape, everybody was trapped by the authorities.

Finally, in 1882, Latios Bud Buster, decided to create a new just Techno project using his real name, now Jesse James put your hips on moving while his head is valued in 10 000 dollars.

Jesse James y su hermano Frank se unieron, en 1862, a la guerrilla electrónica y crearon la banda "The Terrorist Hippies", que adquirió notoriedad por la audacia mexicana en sus asaltos de psytrance y terrorismo digital. Finalmente en 1882, Latios Bud Buster, decide crear un nuevo proyecto meramente de Techno, usando su nombre real, ahora "Jesse James" te pone a bailar mientras su cabeza sigue tasada en 10, 000 dólares
