About this edit :
Some years ago, looking for modern representatives of the classic afrobeat, I found this Brazilian band that became one of my favorites of the genre: "Abayomi Afrobeat Orquesta". This version is a tribute to them and a gift for you, so that together we can enjoy a bit of their groove and vibe on the dance floor, and transmit that joy to the world.

Apertura corporal. 

Durante esos años, como sabes, tuve mi cuota de problemas corporales. Todo cambió cuando descubrí el Tai Chi y el Chi Qong. Estas prácticas me devolvieron a mi cuerpo y me ayudaron a reconectarme con él. Poco a poco, transformaron mi forma de ver la vida, a mí mismo y el mundo que me rodea.

La alimentación también desempeña un papel clave. Continué modificando mi alimentación en busca de un camino hacia mi bienestar físico, emocional y espiritual. A veces, las personas cercanas a mí tenían dificultades para entender mis cambios.

A mixture bewtween the vocals of "Newclus - Jam On It" and a slightly adapted version of my song "The Fish".
So it´s a kinda crossover-ish remix approach ;)
"The Fish" is a highly hip-shaking funk-approach on bouncy downtempo.
But who doesn´t like some good old hip-hop vocals blended into that?
Therefore Senior Citizen made the mashup with the vocals of "Newclus -Jam On It" to extend the song even further.
Grab yourself a morning coffee or favorite dancing shoes, cause there is a risk involved that you´ll start your day with a good vibe, that get´s you moving.

Max Tenrom is a friend, and above all, an artist I really admire. When I first heard 'Moka', I was immediately captivated by the incredibly inspiring vocals that invite you on a journey, and by the violin that resonated with me internally. I also enjoyed the overall groove of the track. For this remix, I wanted to bring in my melodic touch and add a hint of oriental influence, while contrasting it with techno elements, including my bassline and some melodic techno synths. It was a true pleasure to work on this remix
