DJ TAKAMICHI hails from the snowy city of Sapporo located of Hokkaido,Japan

He started DJing around 2000 and has had many parties and careers in Sapporo, the sanctuary of Japanese house music.

His playing style is based on years of experience and includes high-quality music ranging from disco, soul, funk, jazz, Afrobeat, New York house, Chicago house, Detroit techno to the latest Balearic,deep house, nu-disco, Indie Dance.

Based in Bangkok since 2017, his passionate Groovy DJ style is quickly spread to Bangkok DJ's, organizers and dancers, attracting and surprising many fans in various places .

In 2020, co-founded Avo-Garde Records with Supersonic.
He is also a resident DJ at one of Asia's best bars, ”Tropic City" and Played at many clubs and bars in Bangkok.

He has shared stages with many top artists, including Shir Khan, founder of the Exploited Rec label, a leader in the global dance music scene, legendary DJ Jon Sa Trinxa of Ibiza, and Toy Tonic's signature duo COEO.and has also performed at the B2TG Festival on Koh Tao, Khao Yai's Mystic Valley in Koh Tao, Longlay Beach Festival in Cha-am, Moobaan Wonder by Wonderfruit and Wonderfruit 2022 in Pattaya, Fly To The Moon 2022/23 on Koh Mak and other BIg festivals in Thailand.

北海道の雪に覆われた街、札幌市出身のDJ。
2000年頃からDJを始め、日本のハウスミュージックの聖地である札幌で多くのパーティーやキャリアを積む。

彼のプレイスタイルは長年の経験に基づいており、ディスコ、ソウル、ファンク、ジャズ、アフロビート、ニューヨークハウス、シカゴハウス、デトロイトテクノから最新のバレアリック、ディープハウス、ニューディスコ、インディーダンスまで、質の高い音楽をプレイ。

2017年よりタイ、バンコクを拠点とし、彼の情熱的でGroovyなDJスタイルは、バンコクのDJ、オーガナイザー、ダンサーに急速に広まり、さまざまな場所で多くのファンを魅了している。

2020年には、SupersonicとAvo-Garde Recordsを共同設立し、
現在はアジア屈指のバー「トロピックシティ」のレジデントDJでもあり、バンコクの多くのクラブやバーで活躍しています。

世界のダンスミュージックシーンを牽引しているExploited Recordsの主催者Shir Khanやイビザの伝説的DJ、Jon Sa Trinxa、Toy Tonicの看板デュオ、COEOなどトップアーティストとも多数共演し、その活躍はバンコクだけに留まらず、タオ島のB2TG Festival、マーク島のFly To The Moon、カオヤイのMystic Valley、チャアムのLonglay Beach Life Festival、Wonderfruit 2022などのThailandの数々のBig Festivalにも出演。
