Foxpockets are a four-piece folk band from Brighton. They perform modern-day fables against a bewitching backdrop of harp, accordion, banjo, glockenspiel, spoons, penny whistle and field recordings. The band formed in the summer of 2010 but its members have played together in various incarnations since 2006.

Their limited edition EP "The Coracle &amp; The Albatross" was released on Reverb Worship in 2011. Their first album "Hope Can Make Feeble Ones Earnest & Brave" was released on Reverb Worship in 2014.

barley roots collective started in a squat in brighton, has played many a fund raiser for direct action campaigns, played in calais with stranded migrants, and is now working on some shiny new home made recordings using a h2 microphone and audacity, an open sourced program that's very cool and easy to use. everything here is work in progress...


7.12.16 - The Knoblauch Klezmer Band Album Release Funeral Party. During the last year of silence, our album slowly came to life while our band slowly ceased to exist. According to the old traditions of eastern Europe, mourning death comes hand in hand with celebrating life. So we all decided to come together to dance, sweat, laugh and cry the birth of our Album and the end of an era.
