NloolN (Loc.01) is the ambient-industrial project by the Italian biologist, composer and multi-instrumentalist Diego Cardone (a.k.a Dye Ki NloolN). 
The aim of this work is soundtracks production and sound synthesis research for urban landscapes and imaginary spaces. Every single track is called Sen and describes an isolated urban place where abstract and undefined environmental sounds constantly hybridise each other and melt with the acoustic perceptions of an individual, who stays motionless and, pure spirit, awaits (such as on a railway platform or in a waiting room), imagines harmonies that could dominate the surrouding chaos, the blinding light and the everlasting fog, which create specular mirages and always changeable noises. A solitary, sensory journey between hanging structures-labyrinths, with their ramifications, tunnels and incomprehensible machines. 
Each S.E.N. (Sensorial EigenNote) is identified by a specific number, which corresponds to the exact, chronologic sequence when the track had been composed. It represents a stillness moment and is made up of two different parts: the first one is a sound sequence; the second one is a narrative description of perceptions associated to landscape.

For the past five years, the man born Laurent Delforge has been serving up a heady mix of hip hop infused by sampling, loose beats and a love of the low end, recording for local mavericks VLEK and playing live in Europe, USA and Mexico. Recently, he's spent his time working on new and sometimes radical material, in addition to feeding his collaboration with Romain Tardy on huge, critically acclaimed A/V installations and scoring several hi-profile contemporary dance pieces."
