An icon lost in December 2012, José António Janota (aka Zecax), had given over 30 years' contribution to the music industry of Angola.  He was part of the historic grouping "Kissanguela" in 1976, recording his name in this important musical band, which is tied to the highest point of revolutionary song-making.
Reports of the conditions of his passing in Namibia were lamentable, but his music echos through the ages as is demonstrated by the rare track. Enjoy
