"Quixotic" started out as an under-underground post club event and party sanctum in Northern England. Running from dawn to twilight every second Saturday in various locations with various local guests. Originally the brainchild of sound engineer "General Zero" and graffiti artist "Roos" the project has now developed into an online mixing station where guest curators from far and wide are asked to forge adventures in sound for your listening pleasure.

Born and raised in Amsterdam with Moroccan roots.

Marco Aurelio takes you on an immersive journey through pulsating rhythms and dynamic soundscapes. 

His sets are dynamic and contain energy shifts, sometimes deep. Still, he stays consistently uptempo, driving the energy forward as hypnotic loops weave through the mix, creating a trance-like atmosphere. 

Expect layered sounds where he plays trippy and atmospheric set that pulls the audience to a deeper into a kaleidoscopic sonic experience. Tribal percussion elements add an organic, primal intensity, grounding the ethereal sound in raw, rhythmic power. 

Throughout the set, energy shifts keep the crowd on their toes, building tension and releasing it in waves, delivering an electrifying, mind-bending ride from start to finish.

Personally, he is called Sous and he is for many years behind the curtains a known face and contributor as well as a force to the underground scene in Amsterdam.
