Marvin Raines is the CEO and Managing Director of Raines Music / MANAGEMENT. He has a background of +10 years in background acting, studied production and engineer, certificate in  professional music, over 10 years in audio production and engineering. He began creating music in high school 2005 with friends and local artists, making full mix tapes and albums. While working on music projects, he began going to auditions for movies and TV shows, soon a nationwide TV show picked Marvin up for a re-occurring extra role and as a stand in. While booking acting jobs, Marv decided to go back to school to study music. After graduation he started promoting and has been throwing charity events all around Portland OR. He truly enjoys giving back to the community, spending time volunteering his engineer skills at a local radio station.
