With a catalogue of songs ranging from high paced dance, garage, post- punk to new wave, The Dead Beat have captured a uniquely modern sound that appeals to a punk sensibility, while sticking strictly to a professional work ethic. This has proven successful for the band in creating a collection of songs which have been widely appreciated by audiences to date and with their debut E.P 'Your 19th Revolution' having just had its official release, it only adds to the intrigue.

2012 brought the celebrated release of three promotional videos and a number of free downloads to broaden the fan base quickly and allow easy access to the music. This initial mode of operation has resulted in gaining critical praise over a short period of time by adopting a do- it- yourself mentality, not to mention, playing a whole host of memorable gigs throughout the country.
