It is there that the seeds and the roots of this record were planted, inspiring me to tell a story as well.

Bab is a member of French collectives 404 and Pardonnez Nous. He's currently making a documentary about Algerian Raï music which led him to visit the country multiple times recently and inspired him to do this dark and haunted EP, reminiscing of Muslimgauze.

"Decomposizione : Riforma", the new album by 42 Cent Hotline, explores two coexisting processes: decomposition, which dissolves matter, and reform, which generates new forms. They do not follow one another but intertwine, establishing a constant tension in which every disintegration already carries the seeds of a possible reconfiguration.

Rooted in Mediterranean folklore, the project emerges from a close listening to the Sicilian landscape, marked by its recurring water crisis. In this work, drought becomes a concrete presence, surfacing in the soundscape, in the acoustic materials and textures, revealing both the fragility and resilience of a land in deterioration.

Signs and sounds of Sicilian tradition are transformed and reterritorialized. Rhythms of folk dances and funeral marches intertwine with sampled voices and traditional instruments, merging with digital synthesis to create unprecedented sonic territories, where memory is not a relic but a living fabric in which the past resurfaces from fossil residues.

From this interweaving, a moving sonic universe arises: bodies crumble and regenerate, territories breathe with difficulty, archaic dances surface like echoes of an arid era. The tracks generate an ecosystem in perpetual metamorphosis, with ridges, fractures and shifts perceived as living matter, narrating the inner transformation of those who try to recompose the syntax of a dying land.

In this context, "Decomposizione : Riforma" presents itself as a sculpture of sound. The album does not narrate metamorphosis: it is the very field of forces, the place where putrefaction and generation merge into a single, relentless physical event. Acoustic change produces unforeseen morphologies and restores to sound the ability to reconnect humans with the land and its memories, transforming music into a corporeal landscape to inhabit, shape and perceive as one’s own.

Worst Records' hall of fame welcomes new faces around the pool for a 13-stages enlightened drama. You'll meet again with the top 3 podium made of A Strange Wedding, Jacques Satre and Christian Coiffure, all rensponsible for our first three releases, building up a mesmerizing, out of season mental workout. Extending the dimension of trance towards Saint-Etienne, Del.Duc brings on a curious yet serene astral travel, and we can also count on the distant reinforcements from the Toulouse Gouffre Club crew with Jan Loup and her glitch spangled hazy dub from far futures and the new trance comer from Bordeaux, Lazuli.
Special friends are also gathering here, as Myako is sewing on thin fabric a vaporous dub in shades of grey, the one-and-only master touki Théo Muller delivers a cinematic remedy to confinement.
Liberation through hearing, it is, as borders explode with the presence of many : Yin Yang Audio in a transatlantic IDM/break jump, Forest on Stasys (aka Mental Resonance) and his tough shamanic dance, Clemens Friedrich slowing down all senses at once and JEANS, boss of Oracle Bones, speeding us up in the hyperloop.
Finally, as teamwork means a lot, we have given the pleasure to open this compilation to the four-headed Lausanne/Freiberg hydra 4POTR and their cryptic transdimensional message, and the honor of closing this pool party to the 404 trio gem from Candoblé with a fine piece of wonder.

Not exactly your usual summer compilation, nor the hits you could imagine, but surely the music you'll need under the hot sun of 2020.

After releasing multiple singles in the past, Istanbul based DJ and producer Inner B. is making his return with his debut EP. It has been two years since the last time he released a track and this time he has a lot to tell about his past experiences. During this period, he moved to Istanbul from Manchester. Inner B. wants to bring both cities’ cultural spectrum into one imaginary bowl. He wants to experience once again what both cities have taught him in his journey.

This four track EP contains cosmic and euphoric sounds from head to toe. While the first track is welcoming you to the EP with choir pads, the second track invites you to move forward with synth arpeggios. The third track is just a great way to say goodbye to the storyline, which comes alive with 303 bass line. The final track of the EP is a remix by Met Blue, which hits hard enough to finish with a bang!

Lopazz takes the credit for mastering while Taha Oztas is on design duties.
