Happy Saint Nicholas Day everyone !

Grid celebrates Christmas a bit in advance this year by offering you a special gift : a one-of-a-kind family compilation with Grid producers remixing other Grid producers tracks previously released on the label.

The project started with this simple idea, ending with 12 unpredictable matches, 12 chance encounters. A lovely way to revisit our catalog by the artists themselves, gathered together after 4 years, like catching up at a family dinner. 'Long time, no see !

Dalmata Daniel is thrilled to release Redate IV, the latest chapter from our beloved synth jam mastermind J. Mono’s series of archival gems. This album brings together twelve previously unreleased tracks from 2014-2015, showcasing his playful, melodic style across electro, acid, and IDM landscapes with his signature uptempo beats, along with a few more downtempo tracks in this selection .

Alongside the digital release, a limited-edition cassette (60 copies) includes a 39-minute excerpt from J. Mono’s latest live set at the Dalmata Daniel & MMN showcase in 2020, held just days before lockdowns transformed live music. With cover art by Studio Jetski, this cassette captures both the crafted intensity of J. Mono’s studio work and the raw energy of his live performances.

Random Numbers continues its presentation of La Serpiente’s immersive output with Elaphe Dione: The first full-length album of the multifaceted producer and a matured imprint of his distinct sound. The record includes five tracks and a digital bonus exhibiting a sonorous marriage between post-industrial esotericism and club-ready psychedelia; A labyrinth of elaborate sound design coiling around sharp rhythms, adorned by fractured voices spawned in obscure worlds. With sensibility towards granular detailing amidst a powerful cascading flow, La Serpiente’s versatile sonic arrangements coalesce into music that always breathes – A drifting current of enchantment materializing as a release that is both ornamental and symbolic in its vision.

In his constant sonic exploration, Gil.Barte delivers meditative, transcendental, and esoteric music, with intriguing, fantastical, and dreamlike sonic images.
His compositions navigate through slow ritual rhythms, drum'n'bass-ish incantations, and other mystical hybrid forms.

A music haunted by glitches and drones, where one loses oneself in a dark ambient, evoking a forest of faces on the walls, muffled corridors, and the whispers of the basement.

After releases on labels such as Big Science, Neubau, and Homemade Sound System, Gil.Barte joins Teenage Menopause crew with his new album "Claviceps Purpurea."
