Kindergarten Records readies a new V/A compilation with Fluo III - a three-tracker that injects ongoing futuristic dancefloor forays accompanied by kaleidoscopic club sounds. 

Two brand-new voices make their debut on the label, as New York-based artists Palitra and Martini make their presence felt alongside a solo track from label founder Ma Sha.

Palitra leads off Fluo III with “Cold Shoulder”, a methodically bass-churner that invokes a time-warp tunnel between early 2000s sound design up until now. Palitra’s globe-spanning upbringing shaped his influences and experiences - originally from Kyiv and then moving to the
mountainous ranges of Virginia, the constant shifts between time, space and pace developed into distinct sonic sensibilities upon his move to New York. 

From Palitra himself: “Around that time, besides the obvious reference to Source Direct, I was also discovering mid 2000s drumfunk and listening to records from labels like Scientific Wax and Inperspective. The lean, vascular sound and rhythmic structures of the hits of that era inspired the idea behind Cold Shoulder."

Get your tickets for the Murky Forest national train, Christian Coiffure is back on Comic Sans Records with "Lookbook 2021-2023", an 8-track album meticulously crafted over the span of late summer 2021 to May 2023.

Bandcamp-connoisseur with an endless curiosity, Christian Coiffure rigorously collect deep club music from all around the world, making mind games sonorities his favorite playground. Rooted in dub aesthetics, "Lookbook 2021 - 2023" artfully weaves together sonic elements from minimalistic IDM, dubstep, abstract techno, and trancy tech-house, drawing inspiration from Coiffure's UK and aussie club music influences, intertwined with his appetite for experimental and deep electronic music.

The album seamlessly bridges two distinct worlds within the Rennes-based artist universe, offering tracks that cater to both the club environment and introspective listening. Standout compositions such as "Meet Her Stage 2," "9th Mind (Space Version)," and "Truth Gate" pulsate with an infectious energy, tailor-made for the dancefloor. Simultaneously, tracks like "Thorns of Reminder" and "Action (Chaos Mix)" invite listeners on introspective journeys, where atmospheric textures and intricate melodies create a foggy sonic sanctuary.

To celebrate Grid 2nd anniversary, we gathered together thirteen earth-shattering tracks from the bass scene’s most promising creators, all aimed to move you in the most primordial way. Evoking images of vast landscapes and deep underground catacombs.

Toronto-based producer and DJ, Daniel 58, makes his debut on Electroménager with a four-track club-ready EP. Taking cues from trap and dancehall, the Canadian artist showcases his taste for trippy sirens, intricate drum patterns and low-end heavy frequencies.

An edition of 30 clear lathe-cut dubplates will accompany the digital release.

As part of the first release from the Czech Republic-label Markham Road, French producer Beatrice M. contributes to their VA compilation with 'BAZ' – a dub-style heavy track that brings you to the sweet spot of low end frequencies. The compilation is spined by frequent collaborators of its sister platform Infame Radio. The consequent nine tracks vary along a scale of percussive rhythms both relating to established and experimental ideas. As a trial in itself, this project took shape through exponential conversations between all those creatively involved.

Nervous Horizon is delighted to welcome New York-based producer and DJ Ma Sha to the roster with a high-voltage three-track EP titled "Elastik".

For her Nervous Horizon debut, the Kindergarten' honcho immerses herself in a solitary sonic journey drawing inspiration from the concept of self-isolation-induced time distortion and the interplay of the diverse rhythms intertwining in her environment. From the quick motion of people outside her Ridgewood apartment juxtaposed with the slow, fluid movements of her indoor plants, to the intense traffic on Myrtle Ave contrasting the flowing red light shadows on her studio walls, Ma Sha blends warped reality and sound exploration forming the perfect collage.

Shaping her distinct solo sound with a focus on finding a balance between her critical thinking and intuition, each track resonates with different emotional states. By aligning heavily time-stretched elements with chopping and granulation techniques, Ma Sha skillfully incorporates the altered time concept within the tracks' structure. If "KV December" mirrors unpredictable emotional fluctuations, in both "Myrtle Warp" and "Psyspi" vocal textures' shifts and layered synths co-exist with bold and sharp percussion. Accompanied by a fresh take by Ehua on one of the originals, the EP unravels around a warped perception of time while consistently maintaining the playful atmosphere that defines Ma Sha's personality and the music that truly inspires her.

This long overdue debut on the label displays three jaw dropping numbers. Harvested for maximum stroboscopic efficiency, this EP is packed with Hodge’s anthemic signature hooks, bass weight for days and a truly singular approach to a forward rave sound.
