Smarchmelo  was first exposed to Electronic Music in 1999, a live set by Lisa Lashes, found on the internet by one of his friends. He Immediately fell in love with the rolling basslines and catchy vocals. In late 2006 he met his now close friend Adam Bradley (Dj DigaBoo). Curious about the lifestyle Adam lived john began asking questions about Djing and where he should begin if he ever wanted to start. In early 2007 John received his first pair of Technics SL-1200 turntables. He immediately began to practice playing whatever records he could get his hands on at the local record shop, Breaks, Club/Vocal House, and Electro House. Now in his 5th year of Djing you can hear him play everything from Funky House, Breaks, Dubstep, Drum and Bass, Electro House, Fidget House, Trance, And Progressive House. With so much exposure to electronic music john is now ready to take his first step into music production. Be on the look out for his flavor of rolling basslines and catchy vocals later this year!
