Peggy Elisa Lies -a.k.a- Peggy Deluxe ist eine gebürtige (und aufgewachsene), Luxemburgerin. Sie hatte von Kindesbein an den Wunsch, DJane zu werden. Bei heimlichen Discobesuchen mit 14 Jahren, musste sie immer den DJ ausfindig machen und zuschauen. Damals galt der DJ im Mainstream noch nicht als eine Art „Superstar“. Mit 16 war sie als Betreuerin für Kinder in Urlauben unterwegs und versuchte dort mit Kassetten, den musikalischen Part der Abende zu übernehmen.
Mit 17/18 wurde Sie eingeladen, bei einer Partycrew mitzumachen. Dort hatte sie sich gleich -und für eine ganze Weile, als DJane in den Vordergrund gebracht. Es wurde sich jedoch mit der Zeit, über sie beschwert: Sie habe zu „electrolastig“ gespielt. Jedoch brachte genau dieser Musikstsyle, die Peoples auf die Tanzfläche. Sie hatte aus dieser Zeit viel mitgenommen und alles Mögliche über das Aufbauen von PA und Licht-Aquip gelernt.
Peggy wechselte als DJane, in ihr Stamm-Tanzcafé. Dort entgegnete man ihr gegenüber, zunächst sehr offen und man sagte ihr nach, dass sie nun scheinbar die erste Frau in ihrem Land sei, welche hinter den Decks stünde. Aber auch dort, war ihr electonischer Style, auf Dauer nicht willkommen.
1993 lernte sie Technoveranstalter und die Technoszene kennen. Ab Mai 1994 War dann Peggys Premiere, als Techno-DJane. Nun war sie „Zuhause“ und konnte nun den Style spielen, welche ihr persönlich am Herzen lag.
Sie hat sich natürlich weiterentwickelt. Musikalisch ist Peggy auch oft in Sri Lanka unterwegs,-ja fast schon zuhause und auch dort,- eine etablierte DJane. Bekannt über Radioshows und diversen Podcasts und zahlreichen Livestreams, bespielt sie zudem die eigene Podcast-Series: „Progressive-Garden“. Wir sind froh, auch sie  als Supporterin, für das Electronic- DJ Collektive gewonnen zu haben. Hier unterstützt sie uns also ein weiteres Mal  mit einem musikalischen Geschmeide. Aber hört nun selbst und lasst die Musik sprechen!
