Ring the alarm - multi-instrumentalist Jimi Jules scheduled for the album „+“ in 2022, executive produced by Innervisions label boss Dixon. The album features the most sought after and requested tracks of the last month including „My City's On Fire“, revolutionary „Der Aufstand“, dancefloor romance „Burning“ and „Clinomania“ featuring Joy Tyson, and fabulous Lily Allen / Elton John drummer Nathan Curran. The artwork concept is developed and designed by iconic graphic artist Trevor Jackson, whose multi-disciplinary works formed the graphical identities of design, music, fashion, and art by the likes of Soulwax, HFD / Comme des Garcons or Apple Music. Jimi Jules’ second album signifies his return to future-focussed album concepts. A welcomed novelty and venture. Exploring themes such as free thoughts and togetherness after a period of interpersonal absence. Better Together Forever.

A unique character in the electronic music scene, Jimi Jules is a multi-instrumentalist and school-trained musician with much more to offer than the standard four-to-floor sound. Jimi plays nearly everything from drums to trumpet and sings almost all the vocals himself. The talent probably lies in his roots, as many of his family members are known for their playing in jazz bands and classical ensembles. Most recently awarded a silver disk marking 200,000 copies of the 2020 track “Pushin On” in the UK, Jimi Jules also commenced a new collaborative partnership with Berlin-based booking agency, Temporary Secretary, earlier this year. 

As the new era is underway for Innervisions, Jimi Jules “+” takes center stage of the label’s fundamental core - artist first, label second. For Jimi Jules especially, this new project represents the beginning of a whole new platform and innovative space for collaborations and symbiosis of mixed media.

Continually pushing the boundaries of progressive house and trance, Krafted label boss return to their Krafted Underground imprint with a huge collaboration with Jan Johnston, famed for her work with Tiesto, BT, Paul Oakenfold, Cosmic Gate and many more over the years, as well as her massive hit from the 90's Skydive.

Paul jumped at the chance to work with Jan on Circle and Jan described Paul's original production as very BT'esque, taking her back to the heyday of 90's trance.

As always with Paul's production, Circle is full of energy and uplifting, bridging the gap between progressive house and trance, with Jan giving it that extra special sparkle, something you can always rely on with Jan Johnston's beautiful emotive voice.

The 4am mix takes Circle on a deeper vibe, whilst encapsulating the original vocal. Paul felt it important to aim the 4am mix at the proggy end of the scale.

Instrumentals of both versions have been included for those who prefer non-vocal tracks in their deeper sets, covering all bases.

Paul's recent releases have been on a multitude of respected labels including Perfecto Black, Black Hole Recordings, Pure Progressive, ICONYC Music, Dear Deer, OKO Recordings and more.

For our next Chrom EP we are happy to present you a special duo: Avar Garden from Malaga & Henzach from Istanbul. Especially for Chrom they teamed up, presenting 2 really amazing collab tracks. The title track "Medusa" is a real melodic house/techno bomb with a super catchy vocal. And the second track "Pluto" is a fantastic peak-time progressive house production!

For both tracks we invited another duo to do a remix. The title track "Medusa" is remixed by our main resident duo Pedro Mercado & Karada, who are renowned worldwide for their stunning remix capabilities. "Pluto" is remixed by OIBAF&WALLEN, a duo from Madrid who is making big waves lately with releases on Parquet, Be Free, Krafted, Awen, Univack and their own label ONISM.
