14. Dezember 1991 – Erster Mayday in Berlin
Berlin, zwei Jahre nach dem Mauerfall. Die Technokultur ist noch sehr klein. Allein der Radiosender DT64 trägt die Bewegung, vor allem durch die Sendung "Dancehall" der DJane Marusha, in die fünf neuen Bundesländer. Doch die einstige DDR-Jugendwelle, damals ein zentrales Element der realsozialistischen Jugendkultur, passt nicht ins neue Sendeschema nach der Wiedervereinigung und soll geschlossen werden.

Dagegen regt sich in der Szene Widerstand – natürlich in angemessener Form, als Party. Fabian Lenz alias DJ Dick und sein Bruder Maximilian Lenz alias Westbam organisieren eine Protestveranstaltung. Am 14. Dezember 1991 findet in der "Halle" in Berlin-Weißensee der erste Mayday statt, benannt nach dem Sprechfunk-Notruf. 5.000 junge Besucher tanzen sich den Frust von der Seele.

eine Hommage an Anne Clark einer meiner Lieblingslieder aus der Zeit meiner Jugend! Zeitlos genialer Song ich musste mich an dem Song als Hobby Bedroom-Producer versuchen. 80er Musik 4ever, 1984 bis heute 2024. 40Jahre seit der Erstrscheinung und immer noch "GOIL and  FÄTT" :-) English: a tribute to Anne Clark, one of my favorite songs from my youth! Timelessly brilliant song, I had to try my hand at the song as a hobby bedroom producer. 80s music 4ever, 1984 to today 2024. 40 years since it was first released and still "GOIL and FÄTT" :-)

Habe mal meinen Keller durchstöbert und tatsächlich noch einige Raritäten gefunden. 
Bei diesem Mitschnitt handelt es sich tatsächlich um die aller erste Mayday in Berlin Weissensee 14.12.91

DT 64 hatte damals übertragen und das was ich noch davon habe, werde ich euch mal uppen.
Übertragen wurden die Sets von Dominic Woosey, Dave Angel und DJ Dick. Das einzige was mich ein bischen nervt ist Marusha mit ihren ewigen Gekreische.
