I was born in Brantford Ontario Canada July 11th 1963,
I'm a retired City Worker from The Brantford Ontario Works Dept of 34 years of service,
I was 9 years old when I started taking drum lessons with the Ontario Conservatory Of Music,
I taught drum lessons and played in a band that played blues, country, 50's, blue grass,
I started making playlists at the age of 12 years old (1975) Pioneer Turntable, Cassette Deck, Receiver & two 50 watt Speakers.

I enjoy working with DJs, Composers, Beat Makers Song Writers Hip Hop Artists from all over the world 🌍

Producer,DJ, L’Americnao Originally from Sicily,Italy at the age of 4 L'Americano transferred to the United States, Brooklyn New York in which lived there for a few years then resided upstate New York! L'Americano at the age of 14 way back in the early 90's was introduced to TECHNO at that time L’Americano found the love for Techno music and proceeded to follow his dreams! At the age 16 L’Americano got his first set of technics turntables and every day L’Americano practiced his skills to master the technics was a big accomplishment for him to become an excellent Dj in which then at the age of 18 L’Americano got his chance to show his skills at local clubs and earned his respect by his Skills he learned with hard practicing! L'Americano back in 2014 moved back to his home country Italy, Sicily to learn the techno culture in Europe and to proceed his dreams to establish his future into the Techno scene and to be known as not to be famous because that's just over rated! L'Americano just loves what he does and that's producing his own music in which he has for the pass 3 years and also randomly livestreams through out the week to keep him motivated just for the love of what he loves doing and that's producing techno and also sharing his mixes with his fans 😊 Checkout my social links and give a like as with respect I will do in return! damienj, started his musical journey in the late 1980’s with the first “illegal raves” to hit the small town in the South Lakes town of Ulverston. 
Living in a Buddhist community since the age of 5yrs, he was used to the different styles and sounds of the multicultural environment and enjoyed the changing faces of all the different people he would meet over the years. 
The “Rave Scene” was an explosion of sounds, tastes and people: From the Whirl y gig in London the club that began in 1981 as a collaboration with the Association of Humanistic Psychology to encourage "anyone who enjoys dance as a means of self-expression”. to the brick factory in the South Lakes and then onto the Cave Raves in Coniston, Damien.j experienced it all. 
The “illegal Raves” slowing down damien.j took to the clubs visiting some of the most well known of the time around the North West of England and beyond. The club scene would form the backbone to damien.j and his musical taste and style. Enjoying nights in clubs such as The Carlton, Morcambe, Zone in Blackpool, Shelley’s in Stoke-on-Trent and the Eclipse in Coventry, damien.j partied until the sun came up and beyond. 

Now living in Perth, Australia damien.j has a family and plies his trade whilst watching the sun set on the gorgeous Indian Ocean, with his Roland SE-02 Studio Electronics, Korg Minilogue and Roland Airia TR-8, the old school sounds start to be created again!
