This EP is made out of several tracks that were not part of Penta's "Give Me Five!" album for different reasons, mostly because they simply didn't fit into one CD. Florentin track was written in Tel-Aviv's neighborhood with the same name and has 90's psychedelic vibe to it. "Home Alone" was written on one stormy Azores night while Nikita Tselovalnikov was well... home alone. And finally, Bahia Twitter is featuring bird sounds from Universo Paralello festival forest in Brazilian state of Bahia. Nikita has recorded those these sounds on the last night of the party, when the music stopped. This track is featuring an unconventional bass for Penta, spanning three sixteenth notes creating long and powerful low-frequency groove.

Over the years ManMadeMan have built up a huge catalog and have released music across the world on many compilations and Labels whilst gigging around the globe. They took the step to release as much music as the could for free, and have been amazed at the reaction and help they have received in doing this.

Whilst a band is often heads down in the studio it can be forgotten that the ultimate aim of making music is the intended listeners, and in this day and age of internet and music download it seems fitting that we embrace this as a perfect medium to allow everyone to listen to the music.

E7 Album full mix 2012

Well, it has finally happened: the Portuguese aliens have taken what was theirs for several years now – that is, Nikita Tselovalnikov, the producer of Penta, the psytrance project that has been seen live in 30 countries around the world. To commemorate this fact, AuraQuake Music is happily releasing “Portuguese Abduction”, the fourth album from Nikita, now an Azores Islands resident. Packed with next generation sounds, unexpected passages and his trademark sampling, this release is a wicked pentadelic circus carousel that takes you on a wild journey through night and day. From deep and dark “No More Evil” to the funky and unpredictable “BBQ” to the vocal and full-on “Neo Cheesy” this album is for everyone. Drawing from his experience in working at the Soviet nuclear laboratory, Nikita has made sure that every track will detonate properly on every dance floor, - huge and tiny.
