CLOUDY DAY
I open my eyes, back to life,
I still haven´t looked at the sky,
but I feel inside my head
the threat of condensation.

I can feel the heat of air
warm and muggy caressing my face
softening the hardness of extremes
making emotions drowsy.

It´s just a cloudy day, again...
that screen of gray fabric
blinds my hope,
that hazy dense filter
spares me the infinity.

Neither rains nor clears up, and I know it won´t.
only a grey ceiling shelters me,
whose face is so familiar,
whose face rots my dreams.

Far to touch but too close to forget,
like an army of failures
that parading in front of my reluctance
shakes me in their serenity.
