Tom Poster’s explores the obvious and more subtle connections on the theme of ‘Song and Dance’ on his debut recital disc for Champs Hill Records - available at  www.champshillrecords.co.uk.
This track, Impromptu in G flat is the third in Schubert’s first set of impromptus, D. 899, was written between the two halves of Winterreise in 1827, the year before his untimely death.
