PITHBEND-DO DO A DO

Eli Abramov (1954-2015) was a composer, producer and guitarist. As Pitchbend, he wrote and produced during the first decade of the 2000's electronic tracks in several genres. He published 2 EP's as Pitchbend, and one EP as Mock Stereo.

Eli is most known for his critically acclaimed band, HaClique, was one of the first new wave bands in Israel in the beginning of the 80's. The band consisted of Eli Abramov (music, guitar, synths), Dani Dothan (lyrics and vocals), Oved Efrat (bass) and Jean Jacques Goldberg (drums). 
Their albums are  Ima Ani Lo Rotse Lehigamel (1981, NMC music),
Olam Tsafuf (1983, NMC music) and  Ani Lo ba Paskol (2015). Eli also wrote and produced music for several artists, such as Dana International, for whom he produced two albums.
